1. Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
- Order Cut-Off Time: Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 2-3 business days.
- Overnight Shipping: Estimated delivery time is 1 business day.

- Standard Shipping: $5.99 (Free for orders over $50)
- Express Shipping: $15.99
- Overnight Shipping: $29.99
3. Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
- International Shipping: We currently do not offer international shipping.
4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your order on our website or the carrier’s website.
5. Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct and complete to avoid delays. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
6. Delivery Issues
- Lost or Stolen Packages: Emporium Haven is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address entered for an order. Upon inquiry, we will confirm the delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.
- Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at support@emporiumhaven.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Certain products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or destination. If your order contains items with shipping restrictions, you will be notified at checkout.
